Karp Volvo

I recently leased a Volvo and had such a great experience that I just had to write a review. Tyler at Karp was incredibly friendly and helpful, and made the whole car leasing process a breeze. One of the things I appreciated most about Tyler was his awesomeness, seriously, he's like a walking talking "employee of the month" hologram. Super nice not pushy at all. Took the time to listen to my needs and budget, and psychological distress (he's a better car salesman then therapist) but kudos to him. I just hope he's getting recognition from the higher-up$. Ladies he might be busy but worth a shot. Anyway, get a great deal, great car, dealing with a great guy... Oh yes I recommend!

We’re a Volvo family. I drive a Volvo, my mother-in-law drives a Volvo, my sister-in-law drives a Volvo, my niece drives a Volvo; all of them either newly purchased or handed down through the family. Needless to say, we love our Swedish cars. And with this love, it’s important for me to do everything I can to keep my ( older model ) Volvo in top condition. One of the ways I do this is to consistently visit Karp Volvo and their Service Department. The team here ( especially Advisors Sean and Mike! ) are the best - professional, friendly, transparent, and ready to answer any questions/concerns you might have about getting your vehicle back on the road. I’ve had to bring in my car for service a few times over the past year and have not been disappointed; they’re really good at keeping you updated on the entire repair process, from beginning to end, and will reach out through phone, text or email to keep you informed on all levels. I’m always impressed by that level of service. In short, what Karp Volvo provides is piece of mind. And that type of security is what I want for my beloved Volvo. Give them a ring and see for yourself!

If you’re looking for a reliable, thorough experience, I do not suggest this dealer. After several weeks of searching, I decided on a vehicle to lease from this dealership. We talked about all of the features, trim, color, etc. and I was assured that they had the exact vehicle in their possession. They ran my credit, took a deposit from me, and I was walking out the door when the salesman said that the exact car I had leased was right outside. Great! When I went to look at it, I immediately noticed that the car had the wrong climate package (booster seats rather than heated rear seats). The salesman then told me he could not honor the price he had given me (and ran my credit and took my deposit for!!!) because they did not have a car with my configuration on the lot or in transit. And since it was about to be the next month, he couldn’t guarantee the price wouldn’t go up tomorrow. Truly, if you want any peace of mind, just go elsewhere.

Mark Needham is an exceptional manager with outstanding customer relation skills. It has been a pleasure dealing with him for approximately 15 years! His dedicated staff are true extensions of that. Ronnie, Mike, Ryan, Shaun, John, Steve, Lou, etc. are always pleasant and patient. My family has 3 Volvos and we will surely get the 4th from here. Rockville Centre Karp Volvo is certainly 5 stars!
